Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1 - Prep Your Blanket

Shake off any sand or dirt.
If the blanket is wet, hang it to dry before folding.
If it’s dirty, hose it off or pop it in the washing machine.
Always start with a dry blanket for the best fold.

Step 2 - Hold It Up

Grab two corners and lift the blanket so it hangs straight.
Make sure the zip pocket is facing down toward the ground.

Step 3 - Fold in Half Vertically (Longways)

Fold the blanket long edge to long edge.
Keep the pocket facing down.

Step 4 - Fold in Half Vertically Again

Fold vertically one more time.
Your blanket is now long, narrow, and easy to roll.
Pocket still down.

Step 5 - Roll It Up

Start rolling from the end opposite the pocket.
Roll tightly all the way to the pocket end.
This makes the pocket sit neatly at the front/top of the rolled blanket.

Step 6 - Strap & Store

Attach the carry strap.
Store the blanket in a dry place or just keep it in the car boot so you’re always ready for your next adventure.

Final Tips

✓ This method keeps the clean side clean.
✓ Rolling toward the pocket means a tidy finish every time.
