Order Information

Free standard shipping over $120 Australia-wide | on orders over 20000 HUF in Hungary |

$9 USD Flat Rate for US orders

When will my order ship? We strive to dispatch all orders (excluding pre-sale, backorder, and holiday promotions) within 48 hours of placement. Orders containing both 'pre-order' and 'in stock' items will ship once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive items separately, as we do not split orders once they are placed. You will receive a tracking email with carrier details and estimated arrival date once your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please ensure accuracy when ordering, noting that colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. For assistance regarding product colours, please contact our customer service at info@napandsun.com.

Return Policy A fee of $14 will be charged for all orders returned due to incorrect addresses, covering repacking and postage costs.

We offer free shipping over $120 Australia wide. All items ship from our Brisbane warehouse using Australia Post.

Express Processing & Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Orders placed by 11 am ship same business day; additional fees apply for express shipping)

International Orders

Do you ship internationally? NAP and SUN accepts and fulfills orders for Australia, New Zealand and Europe. International orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. 

International Shipping Times

International Processing & Handling Time: 2 Business Days

International Estimated Delivery Time: 6-27 Business Days

Customs Duties and Taxes International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country and are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping costs. Contact your local customs office for specific tax and customs fee information.

Return of Refused Shipments If international taxes and duties are not paid upon arrival and the shipment is refused, we will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned items, the purchaser will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any return freight costs incurred.
